The AID itself really doesn't qualify for an "upgraded ignition." However, combined in these upgrades should be an upgraded ignition coil - SPG9 sells one, MSD sells one, or you can the generic Bosch Red one. Make sure you've got good plugs too. *Then* you qualify for the 8.5 wires... :)
