Generaly you get what you pay for and if you are running a turbo 900 you should really be using V rated tires as these cars will go over the 120mph saftey limit. However There is probably a margin of saftey built in.
205/60/15 will have a lot of side play as they are very wide for 5 1/2 inch standard Saab rims - the standard 195/60 although slightly narrower (but still oversized for 5 1/2 rims IMHO) but should fit better and have less flex. I changed a nasty set of Chinese made tyres on my 91T16(which came with aero rims I bought S/H) for a set of BF Goodrich Touring G's 195/65/15 H rated - they were £55(uk) each fitted and balanced - as they are made in the US I think they should be very reasonable over there as well. I was a bit sceptical at first as they looked a bit on the thin side but I have to say they are really good - very quiet, very good grip wet and dry and no aparent sidewall flexing problems. I had a set of well respected Pirreli P6000 for a long time and I would go as far as saying the BF's are equal or better in all areas.
