yeha, like chris said, we mounted a little bit higher. the grinder will be good for fine tuning, but a hack saw will be best for the tow eyes. also, the lower bolt on the inside of the bumper offered a little interference (you'll see when you get the bumper off). best advice would be to pull the front end off, hold the ic up there and see where it fits, then make your changes to the towing hooks (cut 'em off), then zip tie it into place and start to reassemble so you can see where things will rub or prevent complete reattachment. we made brackets for the bottom (end with the pipe fittings) that attached directly to bolts already existing on the underside of the car (small air dam for the radiator and condenser). lastly, we did need to make modifications to the lower portion of the bumper to allow the two ic fitting and hoses through. looks pretty stock though.
