You must have missed what I said in my post - I already have the twin oil cooler mod! I didn't notice any improvement, though as Kevin stated, perhaps I would have at a trackday. What I didn't like about the OE twin setup is the mess of oil lines in the engine bay. Yuck! I mean, what with that, plus the water injection return line on the washer fluid reservoir, uprgraded lighting wiring harness, upgraded driving/foglight harness, my engine bay is/was quite the mess. You'd have to see it up close, the pictures on my site are when the car was clean! :) Not to mention the oil lines I had, single wire hydraulic hose (way overkill) were quite stiff, hard to position or move around.
Another point - I once saw an oil cooler off an '88 BMW 325is. No word of a lie, the thing was about 2.5 times as wide as the c900T oil cooler, though just about the same height.
Kevin K: thanks for the FD link, looks cool. Have to sort something out. Now I'm wishing I had an Airflow kit front end! I think one major improvement of the 91+ 9kIC over the 'c9000T' IC are the end tanks. IIRC, the core is slightly smaller, but the 91+ tank outlets go straight out, instead of bending into a 90 degree bend right at the end.
