With a perforated core. Louvered cores create a lot of backpressure.
Magnaflow, Dynomax, Vibrant and many others have these mufflers. Not the reverse flow "Turbo" style mufflers. They are like stock for the most part.
I'm going with a Magnaflow #12259 5"x9"x18" 3" in/out. If it's too loud I'll stick a resonator in the system but it shouldn't be.
