Induction flow is the volume of air that is flowing through the air filter. This is measured by the air mass meter. Don't ask me how to get a reading on that cuz I don't know =)
For the turbo, I think the OEM one is actually closer to the Turbonetics T3 45-trim, however I'm not 100% sure.
For turbo flow, I would guess that this is the volumetric flow at the turbo outlet. Since the air is now compressed, the same air takes up less volume and the number will be lower. For a general idea of what this number should be, divide the induction flow by the pressure ratio. This will not account for changes in temperature (which I promise you will occur), but it's a pretty good estimate.
For pressure ratio, this is the pressure at the turbo outlet divided by the pressure at the turbo inlet. Pressure measurements are not in gauge pressure but in absolute pressure. Gauge pressure shows the pressure above ambient which is about 14.7 PSI at sea level. The higher in elevation you are, the lower the number will be. To convert gauge pressure to absolute pressure, add the ambient pressure. For example, at full boost most stock Saabs are around 8 PSIg. At sea level, this would be 8 + 14.7 = 22.7 PSIa. The pressure ratio in this case would be 22.7/14.7 = 1.544
Surge flow, I have no idea what this means.
As for intercooler efficiency, I have no idea what the efficiency of an OEM Saab intercooler is. Sorry.
