Am I to understand from the discussion that the '00 on 9-3 does not suffer from the poorly placed transition step in the throttle body that was in the old ng900 ? Anybody looked ?
Also, it seems that the T7 boxes control torque (by measuring air mass and temperature and fuel squirted into the cylinder I imagine). Thus no matter what one did to increase boost (HBC or other) or decrease combustion chamber temperatures (e.g water injection), you are stuck with the torque that the ECU is trying to achieve if you leave the Saab solenoid and wastegate actuator connected. The only solution then seems something like the Abbott or other reprograms. Right ?
