Ok Guys. I have switched Bypass valves. Stock to Forge and still have this darn high pitched scream. Sounds like a very small balloon with alot of air and someone pinching the end. I have replaced the vacume line on the valve and still no fix. I dont even realy know where in the engine bay its comeing from. I even have a sound clip for those who would listen. I have to e-mail it though and it can only play on quick time.
It does it only under hard Acceleration and only when the next gear is engaged. I can produce it also by reving with clutch in and popping the clutch. no matter what gear i am in same results. What is it. I have searched the Archives and Sully had the same thing but no posts on how he fixed it. any clues. Am I supposed to hear the Bypass valve? Because in the clip you will notice there is no sound between shifts. Thanks. Geof
