You can't get there from here.
You have a T7 and it does not boost to pressure, but boosts to density to achieve air mass flow objectives. If you install a boost controller, the ECU will control the fly by wire throttle to limit the air flow. If this does not work it would throw a CEL.
You can install a boost controller to get much improved spool up but not increased power. But some have been very happy with the improved responsiveness.
Now the MBC of which you speak could be installed, but is is really a two stage bleeder. So as well as having two different boost levels, it is a basic bleeder and will not have the faster spool up characteristics of most modern advanced ball-spring designs.
Several have installed the $35 dawes on the T7 and been happy with the result. The MBC that you reference will not be able to achive what it is designed for on a T7 system. So you can install the dawes and adjust it to get better response and perhaps a slight improvement in pressures before the ECU takes over and throttles things back. Not bad for $35. However you can get ECU mods that will produce serious power with the T7's.
