Sully, one thing I forgot to mention in my e-mail was that the turbo flange nuts are copper (new ones look like copper until a few seconds after you run the car for the first time) and shouldn't seize. Breaking the studs is very unlikely.
Just remember that if the studs unscrew a bit as you remove the nuts, screw them back in again (with two nuts tightened together on the stud) or you will have problems - major problems if you run the car for a while and let them seize while not quite screwed in and have to deal with them later! Deal with them immediately and you should have no problems (wish I had noticed this at the time - still, I now know how to remove and replace the turbo...)
