I have mine set to 3bar - same as stock on the Euro Lucas FI system. I did try at 3.2 and 3.4 but it 'bogged' between shifts - overfueling. 3 bar is the sweet spot for me - much smoother and even power delivery and better ( slightly) mpg I also now have a clean tailpipe interior - no black soot - a sure sign of a good mixture. The Lucas system is a bit different to the bosch as it has a self calibration cycle at idle so I wouldn't say the same setting would suit your setup. One word of advice is to check and recheck the pressure - my unit kept drifting upwards in pressure and took 4-5 resets over about 600 miles to finaly settle in. Mine's a Trent/Malpassi RRFPR - claimed to be 1:1.7 - anyway with the vac hose disconnected it is 3bar and with it connected at idle it's 2 bar - work out the ratio ( remember its the same ratio for vacuum as for boost)- I've not checked the vacuum at idle exactly but it's pretty spot on the middle of the white. In the end just try it at different settings and find the sweet spot as I did
