F & P pot adjustments???? 90 SPG

Hey everyone..
Just got my SPG and I'm hooked on modifying it already...
Swedish Dynamics, Magnecore 8mm Wires
Swedish Dynamics, K&N Intake Kit
Some other look good stuff...
I plan on buying a Forge Bypass Valve, RRFPR, and just a few other small items, but until then... I want to tweak my APC
Here's my situation..
I want to feel somewhat of a difference, but not worry about my hoses exploding.
How far should I turn my F & P pots? I don't want to toy with it toooo much, but I'm willing to experiment a little. If someone knows how far to turn each pot for a 1990 SPG, please post it here or email me.
Thanks so much all you SAAB-Turbo-Gurus!
