His boost was indeed doing that. It was really weird, I've never seen anything quite like it. We made 4 test runs, gradually increasing P and F while decreasing K, and it was different each time and not necessarily corresponding to the settings of P and F... it was really weird. His boss suggested maybe a seized up wastegate or something that sticks and causes weird boost... I'm inclined to agree. Either that or bad wiring somewhere in the APC harness, which I would doubt!
