at a reasonable level. both radiator and ic need the cooling air which is normally moved through by vehicle motion. if you only made one run, not too big of a deal, but still could affect things. it would really affect things if you did some tweaking and did multiple runs. we had a fan going the whole time. also sprayed the 900 ic with water to keep temps down. mine go to the point i couldn't touch the ic after a few runs, cooling wasn't working. with the fmic now, we jump the temp switch on the rad and used the rad fans to keep air moving. but, shop did have a nice strong fan for infront of the car.
