I know we have been down this path before and everyone says "Ck the t3 is not compatible with the 2.0L" well that is incorrect they are compatible. Any turbo can fit on any car if you have the right part. People then will say "Ck the t3 is not a direct bolt and if you get it on the car then watch out for the ac compressor". I know it may get in the way but if you go to a swedish tuner caller speedparts.se and look up exhaust manifold they have a upgrade to allow the t3 turbo to be a dircect bolt on. It's been around for over a year and solves all the potential problems that this upgrade may cause for you otherwise.

To find it on speedparts.se
1)click on Produter
2)click on Argassystem
3)click on Grenror

At the bottom you will see the manifold where the turbo palcement it moved the turbo to all for the t3 turbo to added to you car. It is the manifold that 94 T*** Cost $550. Now a real racer would probly want a t3/4 for this upgrade and it can be bought at turbocharger.com for $450. The t3/4 can easily handle your 20+psi without heatsoak compared to the t25. Now if you did this upgrade it could less if you can find a used turbo.

Good luck with either path you choose. Just remember you can add the t3 but it may cost you. Another idea is that you just have a header made for you. It may be less then the speedparts price after you consider shipping prices from Sweden.

You may also want to check out a t28 turbo which as Nick points out is a direct bolt on and provides a higher flow and cooling ability then the t25 or t25/28 and this is between $500-700.
