I own 2 9000 Aero's one is a 93 with 200K and the other is a 97 with 56K. The only thing that is not stock on one of them is the exhaust (Sweedish Dynamics) Here is my question.. why does the 93 pull like there is no tomorrow instantly and every time but the 97 feels like you have to wake it up all the time.. They both boost up to the same pressur and the sport exhaust which was on the 93 was just today swapped with no change in the performance of the 93. I have yet to drive the 97. I have checked for vaccuum leak and verified the BOV holds. What I am wondering is if anybody knows if there are any major diferences in the stock setup of these cars? The 93 does have TCS. Any light that could be shed on this subject would be appreciated! I thought of swaping the ECU's but I believe they are not interchangable.

On another note is there anybody in the Leominster, MA area that has a 97 Aero that has modified it? I am planning on doing something to increase the performance over stock after I get the car running up to what stock should be. I would love to see what someone else has done. TIA.
