And then, just put the address at the bottom of your post? :)

What I want to know is, was that 19 psi sustained for any length of time? What octane fuel were you using? What is your base boost set at? What is your timing at under max boost?

I definitely agree with Sab, 19 psi would be extremely hard to believe in any kind of sustained fashion with your given mods, unless you have the timing severely retarded under boost. I'm not exactly sure what the modified BPC solenoid does though, so maybe that's some of it.

Here in WA, we only get 92 octane, and over 15 psi sustained is damn hard to do, in my case, even with significantly more fuel than you have, and a far better intercooler.

Not knocking your 19 psi, that's cool, just being skeptical. :)

I did a good deal of tweaking this past weekend, and tripped the overboost cutoff switch somewhere beyond 23 psi. What did I do? Just moved a couple potentiometers around... My goal is to have boost be rock solid, I am still tweaking. Right now max seems to be about 17-18 psi, a tad more than I want. I'd rather have 15-16 psi that is sustained all the way to redline, or drops at most a couple psi. I'll get there eventually, and probably produce just as much power as when I had 20 psi max, but a taper to 10-12 psi at redline..
