The price for the 3.0 FPR unit sounds good, buy it. Don't bother getting one used for $5-10 bucks from the "junkyard" cause it's questionable.

The device is easier to find once you have the new one in had, makes locating the unit on the car easier. However, if you must find it today, then look just below the throttle body towards the front and you should see it. It's the only thing in there with a brass coloring to it.

Hoses can get bought from http://www.hosetechniques.com for a very reasonable price. I bought about 15ft of 3.5 mm and 10 ft of 6.0 mm in Blue of course, you choose you're own color though. Total price was like $40-45.
Changing them is too easy, simply remove the old hose, line it up against the new stuff, cut it , then replace. Do them one at a time so you don't get confused please.....
