Guys, I am finding on this BB also on VW wortex about passats triptronic…stories that Saabs T7 will adjust to you driving style, that VW triptronic will do the same (look at the excerpt below).
I have a lot of skepticism, can't believe that it could be true. Anyone has any deeper knowledge to confirm or deny?
Something from 9-3 list:
The T7 ECU on the Viggen adjust to the way one drive the car. The harder you drive it the better it performance. This is one of the reasons why car magazines do not get good times when tested. Shifting is another task on it own, you definitely need practise to make precise shifting.
Think about what 0.5 sec difference means, it only take a few little glitches to slow it down.
