The front upper shock bushings can also be used as rear uppers, but nobody makes a rear lower bushing in poly. Something to do with the metal sleeve inside.
I also obtained from Brad at KCSaab a set of rear torque arm bushings in poly. And from another TSN Saaber, I got a set of poly steering rack bushings, spec'd for 9000s but work on 900s. You can get those at http://www.superflex.co.uk, but it does mean the rack has to come out. AND I needed a press to get the original bushings out.
The stock shock bushings should be pretty easy to get out. The uppers just fall apart, but the lowers may need some pressing. That said, I've managed to just push out the old lowers with a screwdriver. Installing the new lowers is not big deal - IF they are two piece. SAS are two piece, I think likely the SD ones are too. Uppers are easy, one between the shock and body, then one on between the body and washer/nut. SAS front sway bar bushings are easy too, just very messy getting in there because of all the road gunk. I bet that once you clean it out, you will lose 2-3lbs of weight! :)
