under the dash, driver's side. find the two cylindrical devices. one is pressure transducer for apc (tell's it operating pressure), other is overpressure fuel cutout. unplug fuel cutout (the larger of the two), and jump the wires together. you can pull this switch and use it to trigger other pressure operated devices (ic fan relays, h2o spritzer, etc.)
