opinion on secondary Toluene injection system

I got my hands on the "Modern Engine Tuning" book awhile back and just recently have started to browse through it. I'm noticing the revisions Graham Bell has made compared to his "Four Stroke performance" book made several years before that. One of the things he adds to the table is fuel and compression. It's interesting b/c he talks about how he doesn't like h2o injection and how a toluene injection would be more beneficial. The problem is that earlier in the book he talks about how alot of gas companies will use their excess toluene that is laying around to improve the ratings of their cheaper gas so they can sell it for more. This is when adding more octane enhancing toluene will not have any beneficial effect. So it seems his toluene injection would be conflicting w/ his previous view. Has any thought of setting up a secondary toluene injection system before? It would be nice to run cheaper gas and then have the 2ndary toluene injection to come on during boost to decrease knock. The setup would allow you to run higher PON and have it increased for even more boost. What would be required to setup a toluene injection system(type of injectors, pump, and tank)?

Could someone list the advantages and disadvantages of toluene compared to H2O injection?
