What should I do??? Brakes...

ok, I have to get some new brakes. I am currently looking to get a set of Zimmerman rotors from eeuroparts but can decide between the standard model or the cross drilled. I have heard mixed reviews on the cross drilling making any difference in a street app (that sees a little bit of Auto Xing.) I drive hard but do not usually get fade with my current stock set-up. Also, money is not an issue in this case so that is not why I am questioning. I just want to get the best value I guess and don't want to get the cross drilled if nobody has noticed a difference.
Ok, question two, PADS! I am leaning towards EBC Green Stuffs. I have heard many great things about these pads but also a few horror stories about warped rotors due to excess heat buildup. are any of you running these pads now? what do you think? better over stock? Warped rotors?
Thanks in advance. I will lay the card down tomorrow. tonight I will continue to think.
