On my SPG I have PU bushings for:
upper and lower shock mounts (front)
inner and outer sway bar mounts (front)
aftermarket rear bar: does not have bushings
As Boris said, the main benefit is crisp clean turn-in. I love 'em. I have no idea if the ride is worse. IF there were A-Arm poly bushings available, I would put those in too. My 2 motor rebuilds will also have the Swedish Dynamics PU bushings for the alternator & bracket.
