Mounted the single filter unit with a bracket fabricated out of a piece of 2" angle iron, about 7" long, mounted under the right side cowl. The bracket is bolted with 2 stainless steel bolts down through the cowl area (near where the vin number is stamped). The bolts are under the plastic cowl trim and are not visible. This gives me a rigid vertical surface to mount the filter bracket, also with ss bolts, slightly under the cowl. the fabricated bracket and hardware are not visible at all, making a very neat installation. I installed a T fitting at the oil pressure switch and ran the pressure line from there. The return line goes in side of the plastic oil fill tube with a modified brass fitting. You can remove the oil fill cap with the engine running and see the clean oil returning to the engine. There's plenty of room for the 6" By-Pass filter element in that area and it's easily accessible. The car will be at Carlisle, PA this weekend as well at SOC2K2 in Ohio in August. If you're going to either event, check it out.
