ok, so my friend (kinda) has a 83 Porsche 911, & I have an 85 900. A little while ago my best friend & I were just cruisin around when we pulled up next to his 911 at the light. I started reving my engine as a joke & he took it seriously. He tore off at the green & we started laughing. I caught up to him cause we were in the city & I started playing cat & mouse with him, we kinda raced until we got out of town & started into the mountains. Needless to say, he wasted me, but it was a straight. I flashed him & put my turn signal on suggesting a turn-off, so he took it. The road I koaxed him onto is one of the best high-performance roads in my whole area, its really twisty, with some banked corners & nice s-curves, not to mention the 2 mile straight at the end of the loop. He had to slow way down cause the raod is really narrow & windy. I quikly made up time & passed him on a nice curve. I slwoly started to pull away from him as we made our way through the twisted the woods. this road requires hard braking & good handling, which my Saab has. I could see him constantly correcting over-steer in my rear-view mirror. When we made it on to the straight, he finally blew by me probably at about 135 with his middle finger out the window. My friend & I had a good laugh & my faith in my little 900 grew 100 times over. It was a great feeling. I LOVE MY SAAB!
