I guess I'll just leave it in the packaging and if the tach works once the unit is installed, I'll return it. It should be more than obvious if I need it. I assume it won't do any damage not to put it in place.
Hell, I'm working on Jeff and Kevin's info in the first place, so who should I trust? Fellow saab'ers or someone trying to sell me something ;-)
I'll post a full update on my experiences when I get it in. (should arrive tomorrow!!!)
Now if only I could get through to SPG9 to see if the ground-on-knock pin is different for the APC they sent me... For some reason my knock light doesn't work (even when I tap on the block). Maybe my sensor is bad...but I have seen the APC cut the boost on the gauge... wierd. Tuning'll be hard without it...
Thanks again,
-Dan
