I can't tell if your figures are of NEGATIVE or POSITIVE camber by the way you posted them but, if your car's been lowered then, I assume them as being NEGATIVE. Your figures look good as they are but I think -0.7 to -1.0 would be the best. Anything greater and your tires will start showing lots more wear on the insides of them. What most of these "camber kits" do is they allow you to add up to 1.0 POSITVE camber to a car that's really been lowered alot or for some other reason. Lets say you lowered your car and after getting an alignment done on it, the best camber you could achieve was like -1.5 or greater. Well if you added this kit you could then get the camber back within specs (don't wanna eat tires) by adding up to +1.0 of camber and now with the kit installed your camber would then read -0.5 which is within specs and you'll be saving you tires because of it. Most of the time these "camber kits" aren't needed unless you lower a car more than 1.75 inches. That then should help you understand why most lowering springs don't go lower than this.
