The Eibach springs will lower the most out of the three. The Abbott ones are the stiffest (but not too stiff). The Eibachs are the most comfortable IMHO.
I think the Eibachs lowered just over an inch. The handling improvement was nice but I found the springs a little soft and went with B&G which lowered even more. Then I found myself bottoming on these rough NH roads with the B&Gs and I'm running with the Viggen springs now.
My favorites were the Eibachs although the Abbott springs are probably the best. I've never had the Abbott springs but I've been in a car with them and have heard much about them.
The Eibach rear springs are progressive and both the front and rear B&G springs are progressive which helps for comfort but hurts initial turn-in and steering feel a bit.
If you go with Abbott, you might want to add the Koni dampers and keep them on soft to keep comfort levels high. Abbott Racing seems obsessive about this having different types of springs for the 9-3. Some of us were theorizing that it was due to weight differences between auto/manual, etc but nobody knew for sure.
If I could do it all over again, I'd go with either Abbott or Eibach. Abbott for handling and Eibach for looks.
