on his 89 900T. His car is highly modified, and he also wanted the "whoosh" of a blow off valve. He had his Greddy blow off valve professionally welded onto his intercooler pipe, which looked very nice. They did excellent work. He left it on for 2 months, with lots of idling problems, because these c900s (I assume thats what you have--you didnt say) have AMM's which get all crazy with their systems dumping to the atmosphere. To make a long story short, he asked if he could throw the custom IC pipe and blow off valve in my For Sale pile so I could try to sell it for him.. ended up he got about half of what he paid for a custom, almost brand new setup. Trying to save you the money. Just my opinion. I don't know if there is a person on this board who would love to hear their SPG make the "whoosh" between shifting and turn all those heads, but after all the research, I decided it wasn't work the hassle. I went with a Forge bypass valve. The Forge is supposed to give a slight HP gain (maybe) but keeps the turbo pressure up much higher between shifts, killing the turbo lag we all hate. It also makes a slight "pulse" or "sneeze" as my friend calls it. Especially if you have an open cone air filter. If you time it right, you can get on the gas in 2nd gear when pulling up to somewhere crowded, then shift into neutral quickly and the "sneeze" is definatly auidbible. The Forge is a great unit, and I've only expereinced the very best with it. Hopefully I've helped.

Good luck,
Turbos sure are fun aren't they?
