c900 Intercooler... cool air from fender well?....

Hey...
to those who have a c900 with a K&N/other cone filter...
I put in the stock intake "snorkel" to attempt to get some cooler air to my K&N... doesn't seem to work perfect, but still probably helps getting air elsewhere from the hot engine bay..
after examining it for a little while.. I was thinking..
you could attach another 6"-10" extension tube on the end of the snorkel, and attach a NACA duct on the end of the extension, then mount the opening of the NACA duct to the backside (facing the cabin) of the intercooler
this is all in theory..
if it is all air tight, will the intercooler pull the cool air from the fender well through the piping? I'm not sure if the intercooler has enough "pull" to it to get the air in to make it useful
I'm going to try it out to see if the experiment will work.. I will post results, if there are any
I'd just like your feedback before I rip into this and potentially waste a decent amount of time I could spend... well... wasting anyway ( :
Thanks
Taylor
