As long as he takes car of it there shouldn't be any problems. However on the quest for more power it must be done properly no matter how old or new the car is! Be sure he does the proper fuel upgrades along with increasing the boost. Also, consider when the boost gets cranket the head gasket could possibly break sooner. Mine just went on my car & that's after 18+ PSI of boost. Then again I blew it at a race track when my radiator was shot & the temp guage went off the scale after 1 good lap! I also have 177K miles on the car :o)
