Ok, I've now run my '00 5-dr Viggen at several local Solo II events. Seem to be stuck in the middle of the pack. The main problems seems to be getting the power to the ground coming out and in the middle of a corner. The long sweepers seem to be the worst and even with throttle modulation I spin excessively.

I've tried "smooth" and aggressive, but the times don't seem to change much. Best I've been able to figure out is somewhere in the middle (the throttle modulation)

Any suggestions? Will stickier tires help with the spinning?

Showroom fresh Viggen down to the stock Dunlops I've been trying my best to scrub off... Running 40psi front, 36 rear. Factory spec alignment.

Today I placed 7th out of 14 in GS, 12th out of 87 for Novices. I would need a 10% improvement (a full 5 seconds) to be top dog; not realistic, but an extra second and a half would move me into the top 5 of both categories...
