I get the same thing with my 92 which I have an upgrade APC. On cool days or nights 21 but in the daytime I usually get 16. Water injection might help to lower intake temperatures. I am always leery of larger intercoolers. The 9K I/C is already large. How much bigger could it be? It might flow better but you would gain much. Even Abbott only claims like 6 HP out of their I/C and it costs like $800. Not enough for me. I would go for water injection first. I want to try and make one.
