Considering that I ran a fixed 3.0 bar FPR with the 30# injectors without to big a deal of a richness problem, the 3.2 bar at idle setting should be fine with the upgraded injectors. Kevin K here will tell you that the 30# injectors provide enough fuel for a dump truck based on formulas and pressure figures, etc. I don't have figures beyond where I set my dials and what I read on my gauges, but my A/F gauge tells me I'm right where I want to be at idle (nearing the middle to rich side of stoich) and under boost I'm one bar rich, which to me is ideal for the Saab 900 turbo engine. An A/F gauge is useless without a properly functioning O2 sensor! :o)
The 3.3 bar at idle setting is based on countless test drives to determine the optimal setting for me. Others have found that higher/lower settings work best for them. It's all about experimenting and finding what is right for your particular car.
As far as your dip in fuel PSI when you blip your throttle is caused by the lag inherent in the exhaust driven turbo system. You increase the fuel demand at the rail while the turbo has to spool up to drive the RRFPR's rise, pushing pressure to the vacuum line on the RRFPR. The boosted air does not instantaneously arrive at the RRFPR. The delay should not be that noticeable, though. Perhaps you have a small vacuum leak somewhere.
Good luck,
Mike
