I have been looking all over this BB for pictures of the system that others have installed on their cars. The reason is simple, although the entire system I received looks exactly like theirs, one part of mine looks different. It's the tail pipe section with the polished part attached to it. You see the ones I've seen have a curved shaped tail pipe while the one I have is completely straight. What's the deal here? I know the stock tail pipe is also curved shaped. I ask because wouldn't the 3" JT systems tail pipe also need to be shaped this way to fit on the car? To exit the rear at the same location? What will probably complicate matters even more with the straight tail pipe is that my 1988 9000 Turbo is of the Airflow design and the rear exit point is even more critical. I'm sure that it's probably just a matter of me calling Mr.Engstrom and having him ship me the curved section, while I return the straight section back to him. Just wondering what gives with the straight section, and do I need to have it swapped with original style.
Thanks,
Phil
