The prices are $450, $650, and $850. I have the $450 system, which is the 1S. It works great! By itself, it doesn't give you more power. What it does do, is allow you to run the same power when the outside temperatures get hot, without running into detonation problems. Also, it will allow you to turn up the boost, which of course will produce more power, while still having control over detonation. It's the same effect that adding a larger/more efficient intercooler will have, except the water does the job much better.
Downsides? There's the initial cost, and you will need to refill your tank of water a bit more frequently, depending on how much you stand on the right pedal. My system only has a single trigger, pressure, and a single flow rate. It comes on at 10 psi and above (default setting, can be adjusted). With my driving, I still do not fill up the washer fluid tank, which is the reservoir that most people use, more often than about once a month. It holds a bit more than a gallon in the 9000. I rarely see more than 10 psi during the commute though, your situation might be different.
I once used about half a gallon of water in a single day during one of our Saab club fun runs. :)
At my website you can see pictures of the various components and installation in my car.
