Hi Frank, If you're looking for a cat-back system, I don't think you need to go through all the hassles of ordering the JT system from Sweden. The Saber is a pretty nice system. Also any performance muffler shop can make you a pipe of any size to fit any muffler of your choice. However, if you want a whole turbo-back system then you should order the JT from Sweden. Performance gain is not much from a cat-back system, but very significant from a turbo-back system. Again, keep in mind that a decent performance muffler shop can do the whole system for you as well.
My 93'Aero with 3" turbo-back system and free flow cat and muffler didn't have any problem passing emission in NY. Do the turbo-back and you'll love it.
