Nice pics Aaron! I especially like the bottom left one. Sideways Swede! (That will only be funny if you've seen Nordic Motors' t-shirts)
I was using an Olympus C-21. Yes, I like to follow the cars, I feel as though you can get a better sense of the motion of the car this way. For example, if the car is turning then the front and rear will be slightly radially blurred while the center (drivers) are in focus. It's just something I've found I have a nack for, so I decided to go with it. Yes, it has a small aperture (7mm). I think the shudder speed tends to be on the slow side, but once in a while it decides to be VERY quick (I leave mine on auto as well, except for turning the flash off at night so as not to distract the drivers). This is apparent if you examine the motion blur in some pics, and lack thereof in others. I think the highest setting is 1:2.4. It's a very nice little camera, the only feature I dislike is that pressing the button down a little sets focus, and all the way takes the picture. Having it set up this way, if you have not set the focus ahead-of-time, there is approximately 2 seconds delay when taking a picture while it locks focus.
