my '87 spg is boosting to 15-18 lbs. i have tweaked the f and p pots in my apc, and was maxing out at about 13-15 lbs, until i did that solenoid mod with the windsheild washer in the compressor port. (i actually used the nipple on a apc pressure transducer, instead of the windsheild washer). my question is if 15-18 lbs. is too much boost with only a 3.0 bar fuel pressure regulator. i assume the engine doesn't mind, or else the aoc would be stepping in and regulating boost due to knock. thanks.
