it's pretty simple.
disconnect the wiring to the APC solenoid
at the intake manifold, disconnect the vacuum hose that goes to the climate control reservoir (crosses over to pass. side just under windshield) and connect a pressure gauge with ~6' of vac. hose.
roll down window & put gauge on dash.
carefully close hood so as not to crimp the hose; may take a couple tries. i do this with the motor running so i can see if i've squished it or not.
go find a hill and drive up it - give it a lot of gas. alternatively, if you haven't got a hill near by, you can achieve the same effect by yanking on the e-brake while you accelerate hard. don't do it for long or u get brake issues...
watch the gauge & see where it ends up. for my c900t i've got it at 6.5 psi.
just realized there's a faq for all this :-) go look for it for more info, plus how to adjust the wastegate rod.
a properly adjusted wastegate will put a boost-induced smile on your face...
