Why don't you SPEND $150 to get the flywheel machined down to what the factory themselves did? Or have one made up in forged steel? Lightened flywheels are great at sounding all revvy when the car is in neutral, but in street diven production cars, once you put it in gear, with all the heavy OTHER rotating components like hubs, discs, tires and wheels, seems like a trivial amout of return for the cost, not to mention the unknown lifespan of the thing. I don't know of any serious engine builders using them for anything that supposed to last more than a coulple of runs.
