The Autometer air/fuel ratio gauges seem to be very inaccurate. My friend just dyno'd his 88 SPG after putting the third motor in it and we had been tuning off the air fuel gauge. At full throttle and 20 psi it was in the rich looked like that is right where it should be running, well engines kept getting destroyed so this time it went to the dyno shop, before the first dyno run the car was running 19 psi and fuel was in the rich two or three bars. So the first run came back that the A/f ratio was at almost 18:1 so this is lean but the guage in the car still read into the rich. so after dropping the boost and turning up the fuel, 12 runs later had it running 225 horse, 250 ftlbs and the gauge read the same thing before but this time the fuel was at 13.3:1. Just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem.
