Just got this week, and have already cleaned the contacts on the window switch console, re-threaded driver window regulator and patched exhaust at the flex hose seam.
While underneath I discovered the wastegate actuator rod was not connected. Hooked it up and boy was this car more fun to drive! :)
No nut to hold it on (must have shaken loose). Any advice on size nut to buy?
Don't trust any of the current settings, based on what I discovered at the wastegate. I have no boost guage, so I want to be cautious (any recommendations on boost guage would be welcome).
What is adjustable? (e.g. wastegate rod, APC settings)
What are the stock settings?
What can I do to increase boost? (dashbord turbo/APC needle doesn't currently get very close to 1st red stripe).
I'm assuming I'm going to enjoy this more once I get the settings right.
Thankful this site exists, will make owning this car a lot easier.
