Edelbrock and Spearco made similar unit back in the 70's. I have used both.
Both controllers control the amount of voltage to the pump based on rpm and activated by manifold pressure or vacuume. The nozzles do no more than create a small stream, they do not atomize. The amount of pressure the pump makes will not allow for injection into a pressurized area. the injection on those systems must take place before the turbo, the inlet of the turbo. Met with George Spears in January and he still produces his unit for muscle cars. As for use on a SAAB for a performance part it is has been left behind. If you were to get it in new condition you could most likely make a good profit on it as people are looking for the original systems to keep there cars in there era.
A person at the convention was asking me about either a Spearco or Edlebrock unit as the 1978 99 Turbo Sport came with such a thing, never say one.
