Okay, I finally have some space, at least temporarily, to put some of my pix up. Currently hosted by the Saab Club of Western Canada's new site, you can find the link below. I've tried posting this twice already, but I think because I've attached a picture, it got mucked up. That and my computer has been acting up lately. Whatever, no pix this time, just go to the SCWC's site and go to the photo's section.

Core is 91+ 9k. Custom endtanks. Plumbing is with a combination of aluminized steel mandrel 90 elbows (off both end tank outlets) and OE aluminum pipes. Passenger side used a cut down, early '80s 900 fuel funnel to fuel tank pipe, then into a 90 elbow into the turbo itself. Driver's side used a cut down 9k IC to TB pipe, plus the 90 rubber elbow off the 9k's TB. This will soon be replaced by an 89+ BFICP, the thin walled, large diameter IC to TB pipe.

The carbon fibre canister is my BMC 'Carbon Dynamic Airbox' (http://www.bmcairfilter.com). BMC does Ferrari's F1 stuff. Good, better build quality than K&N, IMO. This is connected to the turbo inlet with another mandrel 90 elbow, into a 90 rubber elbow. On the other end, I have a true cold air induction system, with the supplied ducting running behind the headlight and into the fender area. At the end I couldn't bend it nicely enough to scoop air, so I attached, with duct tape (of course!) a cut down intake duct with bellows off an 8v CIS car.

Most of the rubber will be replaced with Samco Sport silicone bits which, I'm told, can handle something stupid like 85psi. And I'm going to acquire Mikalor stainless clamps.

Pictures show mock up, car isn't running yet, but I did have to figure out all the plumbing in anticipation of my trip to England next week, where I will purchase the Samco stuff.
