I beleive it was sport compact car who did a test on 15-18 in wheels. They used a race tract to safely test entrance & exit speeds into turns as well as max speeds down the straight & also lap times. The slowest was the 15 & 16 in wheels which had poor steering feel (compared with the 17 & 18's). The 18 had the highest speed through the tirns but was .?MPH slower down the straight. I beleive overall, the 17's had the best lap times & it was on a FWD honda or something like that.
