I know this is a stupid question but are you sure it's boosting this much? That's boost WAY beyond what the stock fuel system can handle. But the two things that peak my interest are the fact that someone in saab was the first owner and you went through two clutches in 55k miles!! I hope the tranny is in good shape but I'm afraid that car was ab-used heavily. Check the fuel line, rail and injectors to see if they are stock. 21psi is the limit of the stock fuel.
