you should get some hot streetable cams, I would think something w/ close to these specs:
Lift: 9-9.5mm
Dur: 270/265deg
LSA: 108deg (offset 47.5deg)
This would be something like a Phase 3 cam.
For something a little more toned down and cheaper, try modifying the exhaust manifold and using an 87+ turbo intake cam w/ an adj cam gears. For the exhaust manifold weld in a divider where cyl 1 meets cyl 4 to prevent pulsing(ports are not flowed correctly). The 87+ turbo intake cam has a longer duration. The non-turbo IN cam duration is too short and will mainly produce low end power. The main objective w/ the adj cam gear is to have more control of your LSA and overlap. You can widen the LSA for more high end power or you can narrow it for more midrange. In my opinion I'd advance the Turbo In Cam 4deg and retard the non-t EX Cam 3deg. You end up w/ about a good phase 1 non-turbo cam w/ these specs:
Lift: 8.65mm
Dur: 252/254
valve timing: 20/52, 58/16
LSA: 109deg (overlap 36deg)
Additives: turbo catback exhaust and big bore TB.
Tuning: if you run a higher octane gas and b/c of the longer duration IN cam reducing actual compression slightly, you could adv the timing a few degrees.
