I've run the Dawe's MBC in my 9KT Aero for about a year now with no issues, however, depending upon ambient temperature you will be get varying levels of boost. For instance, on a cool morning I have hit the fuel cut off, but by afternoon when the temperature has risen it does not. In the winter I turn my MBC down or it will hit the cut-off. Boost overshoot with the MBC is an issue, but can be minimized. You may want to evaluate how long your hose lines are. My silicone hose lengths are about 4" - 6" each, and I have the MBC attached down by the Turbo. Thick walled silicone hose will reduce flexing and cut down on overshoot. You should also check the diaphram in the pcv vacuum line to make sure it is flowing air in one direction only. If none of this works you may have a small leak somewhere in the boost system. Installling an aftermarket ECU will eliminate this problem by giving you more headroom before the fuel cut off.
